The Saints started the spring golf season in Alabama for the Spring Break Invitational and performed very well. Bethany Nowak and Megan Paczas tied for 11th on the individual leaderboard in the entire field. Nowak carded an 88 on day one and then ended with a 45 on nine holes. Paczas went 90 and 43. Skylar Whitman tied for 28th with a 95-45–140, Leah Lefleur tied for 35th with a 100-46–146 and Emma Murphy tied for 44th with a 109-52–161. These were the five starters who traveled down to Alabama to play the famous RTJ Grand National, the Lake Course which is not too far from Auburn, and they all loved the course. Leah Lefleur, a freshman, played well in this tournament and is really looking forward to continuing this momentum into the spring. Their next tournament will be this Wednesday, at 10 a.m. shotgun start at The Legacy by Arthur Hills in Ottawa Lake, Michigan.
