A Day in The Life of Star Wideout Eric Williams
Eric Williams, a star wideout from South Bend, Indiana on the Siena Heights Football team, has been playing football since he was in the 1st grade. When Williams was in high school and was putting up impressive statistics, he was being recruited by a lot of high level colleges. After the recruitment was all set and done, Williams set his mind on heading to Grand Valley State University. After a couple of seasons at Grand Valley State, Williams decided that it would be in his best interest to enter the transfer portal and explore his options. When Coach Dom recruited Williams, he believed that Siena Heights was the best decision that he could make. When being in the transfer portal Williams stated that “it was open recruitment like high school again.”
Since Williams has set foot on campus and became a Saint he has been very busy. During the season on the weekdays, Williams has a morning lift at around 10:00 and then has classes right after lifting. After class Williams heads home to watch his daughter, he makes lunch, then has afternoon meetings at around 2:30 before Williams has practice at 4:00. After practice Williams heads home to eat dinner, spend time with family, put his daughter to bed, do homework, and then from there his day is done. On home gamedays, Williams has a very busy day starting at 6:30 in the morning to around 7:00 which is when Williams usually gets up in the mornings around gameday. When Williams gets up he has a cup of coffee to boost his energy, heads over to the chapel, heads to breakfast soon after, then heads over to the stadium. When Williams gets to the stadium he heads to the locker room and listens to music. After a few minutes of meditating Williams heads to the field to play catch about one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes before kickoff. At about one hour from kickoff the rest of the team takes the field to warm up. After that the team heads back to the locker room, runs back on to the field then the game starts. After the game, Williams sees his family who shows up to every home game for about ten minutes and after that heads to the locker room to take a shower and then heads home.
