Candy isn’t just for kids: 150 college students around Siena Heights campus took a survey to find out which candy was the most popular around campus.

Before releasing the survey, research was done to identify what exactly was the most people candy in the state of Michigan to see if it reflected on the results. The most popular candy in the state of Michigan, along with 12 other states, was Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

The types of candy that showed up on the survey included Reese’s, Kit-Kats, M&Ms, Twix, Hershey chocolate bars, Gummy Bears and Whoppers.

After surveying 150 students around campus, the results came out with over 75 percent of the votes going to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The next highest was Kit-Kats.

It seems that Siena Heights University can agree with the state of Michigan by having the most popular candy being Reese’s.
