What brought you into Adrian for those of us who don’t know?

“Football and the good Biology program.”

What made you want to major in Bio?

“My strong interest in science and wanting to become a doctor.”

What do you think will happen this upcoming season?

“That’s a lot of pressure. We’re going to have a good season. We’re a young team but interesting with our new coaching situation. In other words, we gettin’ a ‘natty!’”

So, for these young ladies on campus who don’t know, you’re single. Anybody out there catching your eye? Names don’t need to be mentioned. Don’t worry.

“Trust me, no one’s interested haha.”

Most people on campus know you or of you in part because of your musical talents. What brought learning to play instruments about for you?

“Just passion for music and breaking my collarbone in the winter, so I couldn’t play basketball, so I started playing the guitar.”

What’s a day in the life of Max Field usually like on campus?

“Class, followed by friendship and great conversations over meals, practice, a little bit of homework, and hanging out with my roommates.”

What’s the game plan for you post-college?

“Getting my foot in the door with a career job in pharmaceutical research and hopefully get accepted into med school. If all else fails, the Navy.”

If you had to go another route for a career without going back to college, what would it be?

“Musician. It’s my passion. I could definitely live everyday playing if I could get paid for it. Pay me a nickel!”
